The Breakfast Sandwich...A Family Tradition

It doesn't get more classic than this in the Tremblay family when it comes to breakfast. I can't even begin to imagine how many of these I have eaten in my lifetime. It is so simple to make and downright perfection if ya ask me. Take a Thomas's English muffin toast it up, fry an egg, add a slice of American cheese, a couple pieces of bacon and BAM one of the best things you'll ever eat.

Now one thing that I don't do and I'm alone on this in my fam is to break the yolk. Let that gooey yolk run baby!!! Its the best when it ooozes out of the sandwhich onto the plate and then you dip the sandwich back into it. Call me crazy but it's the only way I'll eat it, try it...trust me

'Operation Mike' Meal #1'

So incase you did not know I broke my leg about a month ago and I have been very fortunate to have my family and friends take great care of me. Thank you very much to everyone who has given me hand. One thing that is very hard to do is cook for myself. So many people have stepped up and made me awesome meals. While staying with Joe and Liza for over a week they hooked it up one night with Chili Rellenos. It was soooo amazing. Joe says his extra step of steaming the poblano peppers after they have been flame roasted is the secret. Honestly...it was one of the best versions of it I have ever had. .

Granola & Yogurt w/ a cup of coffee...a perfect breakfast.

A great healthy breakfast.

Oscar Winning Pork

My dinner as I watched the Oscars. Roasted Pork ( A center cut, with bone in) seasoned with fresh garlic and ginger...and the sides are obvious. Very tasty...I'd have to agree that Pork, is the other white meat...and it rocks

So We Meet Again

Here we are again, after 6 months without a single post I'm back blogging to show the world what I ate. I'm sure a lot of you who saw the blog before are curious why it stopped. I just felt like taking a break. That's it, no real other reason, and now just as abruptly as I stopped I have decided to get back into it.

I'm hoping you can help me out too. I'm in need to know of more things "Blog Worthy". What are some of your favorite things to eat? Also what are some cool restaurants, bars, fast food joints, street vendor's, candy shops, coffee shops, five star, one star places with something that made you go..."Whoa". I'd try just about anything.

The blog is back, I'm hungry...it's showtime!
