The Big Trem

So all summer Joe and Liza have told me that no one has ever ordered a
triple burger at Bay Burger. So as you can seen in the photo above,
the challange was put before me.
I wasn't alone in this quest as Phill was gonna try as well. That's
why on the grill you see 3 burgers...the one on the right is a normal
burger, the 2 on the left are each 3 burgers in 1.

We both added any toppings we wanted. I added katchup, mayo mustard,
lettuce, onion, extra pickle and 2 pieces of cheddar and one piece of
Swiss. Oh, and bacon!

Phill added mayo, mustard, bacon and carmelized onions, with the same
cheese as me.

We each had our own order of tots and to top off the challenge, a
milkshake of our choice. The idea was to be able to eat everything...period. We both ate everything in about 20 minutes, and it was great.

Till next year Bay Burger! :(

The challenge was simply to eat everything...period. No time limit,
just finish it.

It was amazing, such a great burger even though it was designed for a
Viking.

So did we finish??? Yup, in about 15-20 minutes, with ease I might add.

This will be forever known as the "The Big Trem". I dare you to try it.

Farewell Bay Burger till next year, you'll be missed.

Oatmeal, OJ and Coffee

A simple breakfast today, some Quaker Oatmeal, a glass of OJ, and a
cup of coffee.

Simplicity = deliciousicity.

I should probably mention though that in addition to this breakfast I
did already eat a breakfast sandwich that I forgot to take a picture
of. So I guess this is breakfast #2, nothin wrong with that right?

Starbucks to the rescue

So today I drove my brother to a bus stop way earlier in the morning
than I would normally wake up, and having Starbucks right next to it
made my morning.

As you can see I got an iced coffee, which is what I was in desperate
need of, but I went for breakfast as well.

I got an asiago bagel with cream cheese and my favorite egg wrap...the
Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap. It's soooooo good!

Spaghetti with Turkey Sausage and a great Merlot

So tonight for dinner Joe whipped up a quick Delicious meal. We had
spagetti with and some spicey turkey sausage, which really hit the spot.

Over 6 months ago I bought this bottle of wine at a farmers market
from "Roth" himself.

Good stuff.

Football Food

Beer, burger, dog, and tots...perfect dinner for a football game!

Bay Burger's Buffalo Chicken (Chicken) Sandwich

If you have ever had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich from Bay burger
you'll probably agree that there's not much room for improvement. It
starts with a fresh baked bun, cold tomato and crisp lettuce, delicious red onion,
rediculously perfect in house made bleu cheese dressing and of course the fried
chicken breast with buffalo sauce.

So what can you do to make this classic sandwich even better? Make it
bigger! I added another chicken breast to this and yup, you guessed
it, another victory for my mouth.

Just like the group C & C Music factory would say, it's one of those
"things that make ya go hmmmm?"

Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

When I was a little kid my Dad was the first person to have me try a
bagel with onion and tomato, and I have loved it ever since the first
bite.

This is and everything bagel from a local bagel shop with cherry
tomatoes and sliced red onion, and of course cream cheese.

Everytime I eat one of these I always think of my first time eating it
with my Dad, so Dad this post's for you. I hope you have been able to
have this at least once in the Bahamas, love ya.

Chili, with a twist.

Joe and Liza made chili at the house a couple weeks ago which blew my
mind. They used fresh ground beef from Bay Burger and topped it with
scallions, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and fresh avacado...amazing!

Chiken Wings, Chicken Wings, Chicken Wings

Last Sunday during the Pats game Phill and I cooked up some awesome
chicken wings.

From left to right: BBQ, Chipotle, Buffalo

Oh yeah that's a little Anduille sausage with spicy mustard on the
side...why not?

Oh, and in the glasses was really great beer, Chimay, blue label.

Good times.

My favorite Starbucks breakfast

I've become addicted to the Eggwhite Spinach Feta Wrap, you need to
try it. It comes in a multigrain wrap and it is pretty healthy
overall having eggwhites and spinach. I can't help my self to two of
them each time I have them which is about once a week.

Trust me, give them a try, you'll like them...if you don't...well I
guess your an idiot.

Breakfast in Bed

I surprised Joe today with breakfast in bed: green and white eggs,
with feta cheese and scallions, bacon, english muffin and OJ.

What else are big brothas for?

The Breakfast Sandwich...ya gatta have 2.

The classic sandwich never gets old, an egg, American cheese and a
slice of bacon, on a toasted English muffin, perferct right? I kicked
these up a little by spreading cream cheese on the English muffins,
and in one of the sandwiches I added an extra egg. Boom!

Tuna Melt Anyone?

I made this yesterday: Tuna, white onions, chaddar and pepperjack
cheese on buttered mutigrain bread. It was perfect while I watched a
movie on a lazy Saturday. Mmm, mmm good!

Taco Salad & Black Bean Soup

So Joe nd Liza made both of these last week and I have to say, they
were both amazing! The Black Bean soup was especially delicious.

My only complaint would have to be when Joe use the blender to blend
some of the soup and the cap popped off and the soup went all over my
arm...yeah it was pretty hot.

Oh yeah, that's a home made magarita...also very good.
