"Cookies with Denise"

"Drinks with Denise", is a tv show at LTV where I work. Typically the
show is about a few people drinking socially with Denise and simply
talking about everyday life. Lately Denise has had guests on who
would cook, while they drank and had a good time.

The last show, was about baking and decorating cookies and here are 2
photos of what they made.

Christmas Dinner

This Christmas dinner was amazing at John and Lindsay's. We had a
perfectly cooked beef tenderloin with a homade bernaise sauce, a baked
potato bar, zucchini caserole and green beans. Heaven!

Dinner with Friends

So about a week ago my friends Mare, Cleas & Finny invited me Phil and
Kim over or dinner and it was a great time!

A Little bit of Mexico in Vermont

This was my dinner tonight of Spicy Mexican Shrimp, with beans, rice,
and guacamole. INSANE!!!

Sunday Morning Breakfast

I thought it would be nice to suprise Joe & Liza with this Bagel
Breakfast. They havn't even woken up yet.

My Visit to "The Golden Pear"

The Golden Pear in East Hampton is a great place to try. I have been
wanting to try it for sometime now and today I had lunch there for the
first time. One word...quality, best describes my lunch.

I had an Oven Roasted Turkey Panini Sandwich, that had brie, herbs,
tomatoes, balsamic dressing and it rocked! Very fresh turkey that
tasted like it was carved off the bird in the back.

It came with Cesar salad on the side which was great too.

Overall a great lunch. I recommend it.

Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich

Last week I ate this and forgot to post it. This was a great sandwich
that I made with leftovers from Thanksgiving. Turkey, mashed
potatoes, cranberry sauce and mayo on whole wheat bread. It was sooo
good. I thought it would be great too to have some extra mashed and
cran on the side.
