Devils Food Cake with Butter Cream

This was an amazing cake that Erica made and the icing was a little
runny so we ended up using fondue skewers to keep in in place. Good
times!

Oyster Stew / My leg smells like wine!

Joe made this for dinner tonight and I have to say it was totally rad!
That's right, I said rad...deal with it.

The ingredients included: carrots, shallots, fennel, celery, potatos,
thyme, milk, half & half, butter, flour and of course oysters.

On top we sprinkled some bacon and homemade croutons. It's like I'm
living in a 4 star hotel...maybe I should never move "out"..........at
the exact second I typed the previous word "out", Liza spilled a wine
glass on my leg, then it fell on the floor and broke. Maybe that's a
sign of some sort, no one will ever know.

Regaaaadless, great stew Bro!

Cheese, Bread & Fruit

Before we ate an amazing Oyster Stew Joe made tonight we all also ate a
little cheese, bread and fruit. Above are the before and after
shots. Try and figure out if we liked it or not...hmmm, such a mystery.

Tuna Noodle Casserole

I have eaten this dish over a hundred times and it never gets old, a
Tremblay classic. Egg noodles, peas, celery, onions, tuna, cream of
celery soup, cheddar cheese, and breadcrumbs.

Top, with grated Parm...yum!

What Liza Made

An amazing pasta dish with sausage, broccoli rabe, shells sauce and
mozzarella.

Just posting this I'm starting to drool. Mmm mmm good!

Homemade Pizza

Joe made this pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was soooo unreal.

I feel that after I move out Im going to miss this and many other
great meals he and Liza make. :(

A Mexican Feast, Tremblay Style

Joe and Liza always make amazing Mexican food. Recently they made
amazing steak, beans and rice, and of course guacamole.

It was outstanding!
