
This is "Shrimp Cocktail", as it was discribed in the menu at, "El Shrimp Bucket" in Mazatlan, Mexico last June. Let's just say that if they added a Maraschino cherry to the top of this Sundae I might have vurped!

I think that's usually described as ceviche, although to me it looks more likes a combination of sangria and a bloody mary. What should a bloody mary with fish be called? A shrimpy mary?
