3 days of Bayburger, Paradise!

So, Recently I visited Joe and Liza and had my fair share of food at Bay Burger this trip. I tried many new items that have become favorites and are now permanent on the menu...here we go, in no particular order:


"BLT", I added Cheese and Mayo...very good, an all time classic.

"Loaded" Fries & Tots...Can you say...Irresistible!



"Blue Cheese Bacon Burger w/lettuce, onion, mayo and pickle"...PERFECT!



"Buffalo Chicken Sandwich w/ Blue Cheese Sauce"

My plate containing, 1 Soft and 1 Hard Taco, with all the fixens.
I need to mention how much I loved the Polenta John made. It was unreal!!! He add parmesan cheese to it. Imagine cheezy mashed potatoes. Heaven.

  1. Check Alton Brown's recipe for polenta. Good stuff. After you make it, put it in a 9x9 pan and refrigerate it to make what look like polenta brownies. Cut 'em up and then grill 'em with a little olive oil. Sweet.

  2. Dude, I'm sorry I missed that polenta. Bummer. My Dad's cooking can definitely be hit or miss, but I guess that one was a hit!
