Buffalo Blue Cheese Pickle Onion Hot Dog

So at Bay Burger today I tried a great hot dog that is very blog worthy. Have this with an ice cold Brewski and you got a masterpiece!


Step 1. Soak the bun in a little buffalo sauce.


Step 2. Fry up a Hot Dog.


Step 3. Chop up the necessary onions and pickles.


Step 4. Add Blue Cheese and melt.


Perfection!!!

    (and who taught you to put blue cheese on a dog? tsk tsk tsk) Mustard & onions, that's it baby - the rest is overkill. (Oh yeah, and boil the dogs will ya, or at least steam' em)
